Hey, I'm Ozel

I am a level 3 personal trainer and online fitness coach based in North London. I am qualified in nutrition for sports and exercise performance, as well as pre and postnatal exercise.

My own fitness journey started as a means to prove to myself that I am capable of getting strong and achieving a lifestyle of balance. As someone who didn’t grow up particularly athletic, I fell in love with strength training after seeing what my body is capable of doing, and as a tool to manage my mental health. I have made my fair share of mistakes along the way, have battled disordered eating and low body image, but my personal journey has ultimately led me to my strongest self, to find gratitude in my everyday and most importantly, self-acceptance.

Online coaching

I believe that feeling fit and healthy should be accessible to everyone whatever your background, current fitness levels or access to facilities are. I coach with compassion, and work with clients to move past their challenges and incorporate new habits into their lifestyle.

I work in partnership with you to find the best suitable programming for your lifestyle and your goals; be it fat loss, body recomposition, moving well again, or achieving a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

As part of your plan, you’ll gain access to a personalised app-based training programme, complete with resources and video demonstrations, so you can log and track your progress.

If you opt for nutritional support, you’ll receive a weekly menu of delicious meals that are tailored to your goals and preferences.

Ozel is such a positive and flexible PT. She really listens to your goals, preferences and what's going on in your life to create a plan which is achievable and sustainable, and is obviously very knowledgable in her field! I started training with Ozel after having a baby, and even with having lots of challenges thrown into following a plan while trying to adapt to new motherhood and little sleep, Ozel is always positive and flexible, focusing on the things I can do, and I have been so surprised that even when it feels like I'm not getting anywhere, I was consistently losing weight! Ozel is amazing to work with.

Ozel was my coach before I moved to Australia and I really went from strength to strength working with her, hitting a bunch of weight lifting PRs along the way. Ozel is really responsive and supportive which is something I ultimately needed from a coach as the biggest thing I struggle with is accountability. She really knows her stuff and put together a great program for me that I enjoyed. Unfortunately I kept injuring myself through sports I play so my biggest thing is sticking to it!! Would 100% recommend Ozel to anyone looking for a coach.
